New Year's three-day holiday, Yuyu and I came to the long-planned Zhuhai~

At 8:30 in the morning, we set off on time. After about 4 hours, we successfully arrived at the reserved hotel.
After a short rest, we prepared to go to a nearby village for lunch.
The courtyard environment is very nice, giving a feeling of being in a "windy courtyard" (although this is not Dali).
For lunch, we had "iron pot ginger and green onion stir-fried chicken", but the evaluation was average (suddenly I miss the stewed dishes from my hometown, I really want to eat a pancake from a street vendor 🥹).
After lunch, we returned to the hotel to rest. At 17:30 in the evening, we will set off on time and head towards the sea 🌊
Around 19:00 in the evening, we successfully arrived at Lover's Road (I have to complain about this section of road in Xiangzhou District, it's really bumpy 😭)
On Lover's Road, you can overlook the Zhuhai Grand Theatre in the distance (the night scene of Riyue Bay is not easy to capture, let me show an old picture 🫣)
At Xianglu Bay Beach, we chatted with some young friends from the Social Cow (the kids don't have cars, but they know a lot about bicycles 🫡), and then we went to visit the "Zhuhai Fisher Girl" and the "Love Post Office".
Around 20:00 in the evening, we had hot pot at "San Tou Niu" (the hot pot was delicious, so delicious that we were too busy eating and forgot to take photos 🤤)
On the way back, we took a break at "Haitian Park Beach" (the view here is really great, full of movie-like atmosphere～)

At 10:00 in the morning, we had morning tea at "Baotang Teahouse" and felt the strong Cantonese atmosphere.
After breakfast, we set off for "Yuanming New Park" (Zhuhai Yuanming New Park is based on the original Beijing Yuanmingyuan, and 18 of the 40 scenes from the Yuanmingyuan were selected and built in a 1:1 ratio)
Around 14:40 in the afternoon, we successfully arrived at "Guanao Platform" (unfortunately, the fog was too heavy and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was hidden in the fog)
At 15:30, we waited for the fog to clear at "Wooden Coffee House" (the decoration of the coffee house is very artistic, and I was lucky enough to taste the coffee made by Yuyu himself)
The fog still didn't dissipate, so we decided to ride to the artificial island ourselves to see the "Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge".
At 21:30 in the evening, we had a buffet barbecue at "Hanyangting", and then went to stay in Zhongshan.
In the early morning, we finally arrived at the hotel, and there were bursts of firecrackers and cheers outside the window～

On the first day of the new year, I made an appointment to meet Simon, so I had to return to Guangzhou a little earlier.
At this time, the destination is about 90 km away from me. If I leave at seven in the morning, I can definitely arrive before twelve o'clock.
However......
Since I have to get up early (actually I didn't sleep), why not watch the sunrise?
Zhongshan has two great places to watch the sunrise, one is "Shitou Mountain", and the other is "Yakou Coast", but......both are out of the way.
Although it's out of the way......even if it's out of the way, I will still choose to go, so......
After coming out of Yakou, I checked the time, it was eight minutes past eight. At this time, the destination is exactly 100 km away.
In theory, without considering rest and traffic lights, I only need to maintain an average speed of 25+ km/h to arrive before twelve o'clock. So......
After a series of extreme output, I compromised (the road conditions on a certain section of the 228 National Road are really terrible).
In the end, I rode to Nansha and called a cargo tricycle.
Finally, I successfully met Simon at around 12:30, and we happily chatted about daily life～
Afterword#
During the three-day New Year's holiday, I rode more than 350 kilometers. It was a journey and also a practice.
